Children's Supervisor - Pearl Public LibraryCMRLS has an opening for Children's Supervisor at the Pearl Public Library in Pearl, Mississippi. The position is forty (40) hours per week. Applicants must be able to work evenings and some Saturdays. The Children's Supervisor is responsible for planning and implementing library services for children and young adults. Duties include supervising youth service staff, selecting juvenile library materials, planning and presenting programs, and providing juvenile reference services. A Masters Degree in Library Science is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Library Science, Elementary Education or Early Childhood Development with three to five (3-5) years work experience with progressive advancement in job duties is required.
