How to Request Outreach

Giving library staff advance notice helps us determine availability, staffing, materials, and the best way to serve your group.

01 Tell Us About Your Event Provide the date, location, audience, and type of outreach you are requesting.
02 Submit Early Please provide at least two weeks' notice whenever possible.
03 Watch for Confirmation You will receive an email acknowledging your request.
04 Library Staff Will Follow Up Staff will contact you regarding availability and additional details.
